Dear Presonus Team,
By accident, I was storing a new scene, then check it out. I When I was checking, I recall the Zero Out, (and I wanted to recall my new scene) but I pressed the store button while Zero Out was selected. The SL32 got frozen. I have to turn OFF & ON. everything was fine. This is just a suggestion; If the store button get pressed while Zero Out is selected, the mixer should do nothing or a message "it cannot be change" or something similar. Just an inside for the new firmware. Thank you |
It shouldn't do anything, hence why the Store button does not blink like on the other slots.
I can't reproduce the freeze. Probably related to the other freezing issues anyway.

Thank you very much Seth.
I update the firmware to 1.9, and now it does nothing, not even light ON as you say. For a strange reason the issue was on the firmware 1.8, then, after many other issues, I thought I could have a corrupted firmware, due to many installations (updates from 1.0, to 1.6, another 1.6, to a 1.7 to another 1.7 and the 1.8), using the SD Card. So, I did a Factory Reset to the factory firmware 1.0, the UC for updating directly to 1.8 by Ethernet, UC downloading firmware 1.8, and everything works like a charm. Just in case, I did another Factory Reset to firmware 1.0 and updated with UC, dragging the firmware 1.9. Everything is super stable. Thanks again. |
