Hello.
Just purchased this unit and am trying to get the Ipad , Laptop, Android phone to work with UC Surface. Nothing shows up in permissions. When I attempt to scan, it literally does nothing on all devices. Help...please.. Thank You

We have to dig in here. PLease describe how everything is connected, including router/switch information, PC or MAC, and lastly firmware and UC version numbers.

If you haven't already, you are going to need to install the most current versions of firmware and Universal Control. You can find these in your user account.

Ok...exactly where I wanted to go my friend...I have the Zoom wireless modem/hub...Main Computer that the Studio Live is connected via USB to is Windows 7... My Studio Live 24.4 is up to the latest firmware version...UC Surface is version 2.5.0.45267
My recording computer on said Windows 7 has the UC Surface running and it works perfect....But the Ipad and Android, Windows 10 Laptop do nothing... Issue being the UC Surface on my recording computer in front of me is useless...I need control for my rehearsal room...

My recording computer (Windows 7) was direct connected via Ethernet. I have since moved my wireless modem/hub down here and plugged the hub into the 24.4. Now the recording computer is picking up UC Surface wirelessly. But no other devices are...any ideas?...Thanks

My guess is you need to boot the router first before you boot the mixer. That way it gets the right IP address by not booting before the router can assign it one
