StudioLive Series III Talk Back Mic Not Heard in Auxs

I was performing a recording the other day with a vocalist and discovered that the TB signal was not reaching the Aux channels. There is an option for mains and auxs for routing, the TB works fine through the mains when selected but apparently none of the aux channels would pick up the TB signal when selected. Hmmm... Anybody else having the same issue?

You need to make sure the TB master fader is up for any Aux that you are attempting send it to. It's located on the last bank of Inputs of your selected Aux.

Was the Aux working for other channels feeding that Aux? I only ask because by default, I believe the TB is up at unity but the Aux master would need to be turned up to hear anything out of that Aux including TB.
