I can't get UC Surface to load on my iPad, just a spinning icon, never get to a home screen, I have deleted and reinstalled 10X over the last week, anyone else?

also the Demo button works but I don't see a way to close it to get back to start screen without deleting the app

UC Surface on iPad is closed in the same way as any other app. There is no difference and there is no problem known.
The spinning wheel indicates that your iPad does not find a network. You need to select a network BEFORE you start UC Surface and already there you can see IF your audio network is available - or not. What mixer|computer|router do you use? Do you start the router before the computer? Is everything connected properly? Did you watch the videos...? |

it did work for a week right after I got my board and then an update came out, did that now it won't find the network, haven't changed anything else besides the update, I'll will recheck everything and double check the videos, will update date after that
