Studio recording.

I have a few questions about studio use. Can you only record in 48 kHz? Also, can you record pre and post eq/dynamics? How long will it take for DAW control to come in (pro tools)?

At first ship (version 1.0) the mixer will be 48kHz only. We will add support for 44.1kHz in version 1.2 coming shortly after.
Yes you can record pre or post EQ and Dynamics. Each channel can be set individually for pre or post digital send to the DAW.
DAW control for Pro Tools (HUI support) doesn't have an exact time frame yet. Based on the time to complete beta testing I'm guessing maybe 6 months?

Mackie support is coming around the same time as Hui. Not familiar with Logic, but if it uses either of those then yes.

A quick look online shows that LogicX supports HUI - looking forward to this even more.
