How do I remap a plugin?

Im having an issue with plugins that I have already mapped once.
I think I have re-mapped again but now when I move any of the faders nothing happens on the plugin. However if I move the plugin the faders on Faderport start to move.

I don't seam to have this issue with new plugins that I have not previously mapped.

Please help.

Any help with this would be most welcome..
Is there a way to delete all programming of a plugin and start over again?
It only communicates one way from plugin to faderport but not from faderport to plugin.

If I re program a plugin I have not previously touched it works fine both ways like it should...
How can I fix this?
