I'm not sure if this can be done currently.
The Faderport currently matches the track colour in S1 to the Select button for each track on the Faderport.
On the right of the faders on the faderport are the following buttons
Show all tracks
Show VCA faders
Show bus faders
Show vst instruments
Show audio tracks

These buttons are all one colour. Can the user change the colour of these filter buttons? Logically I thought it would be useful to have the Show VCAs button as red to match the VCA in S1. Same with just showing the busses, can we set them to match the blue fader cap in S1?
