[b]NEED HELP ASAP!!![/[b]

I have been using presonus for a while now and used to use the AudioBox USB.

I have recently went and upgraded to the StudioLive AR8 USB.

I've been having some issues with static/white noise when recording? (that never used to happen before).

I have since went out and bought new mic wires and as well as a new condenser mic thinking that they have ran out of time themselves but i still get the same issue.

Now... the static/white noise does go away only if i start singing in the mic right away(before a verse or a hook is even ready to come in yet)

The Phantom Power has always been on.and everything else is in working order other than this.

I shouldn't have to make these adjustments just to record a voice/instrument

Everything worked fine with the old AudioBox a week ago and now all of this is happening.!

This has become very frustrating for myself as well as other clients that come to me as well.
