I understood that with AR Hybrid Mixers, you can record and playback the stereo-master (via SD-Card) and you can record multitrack via USB and capture. Can you also playback multitrack via USB and capture?

No. You get only two stereo return channels. But you also get StudioOne Artist. So once you recorded your tracks you can do all the mixing and editing in S1 and return the result to the mixer.
