No, as the product page says the CS18AI is the "Control Surface for StudioLive RM Mixers and Studio One DAW". The CS18 is not meant to work with other products, also not within the PreSonus families of mixers. The CS18AI is a controller, not a mixer. All processing (e.g. fat channel) is done on the RM rack mixers.

The RM/RML mixers are often considered as "digital stageboxes", but they are not. They can be used in two stagebox modes with the SL AI mixers, which can make the terms unclear.
