Discuss the new PreSonus CS18Ai

I have a problem with our cs18ai control surface, it doesn't sync with the rm32ai mixer, we have been using it for a few months now, this is the first time that we encounter this problem, try to restart both, change the cat5e cable.... it doesn't seems to solve the problem.... can any have encounter the same trouble and solve it?

If you're using a direct connection, fixed IP addresses are needed. It looks like they have got mixed up.
