I'm looking for buying the new interface but I have feww questions.
How connect the midi? If it have DSP, how many core has it?

It doesn't have Midi, it has enough cores to run all the FX, all the time, on all the analogue inputs just like the SL or RM mixers.
And before you ask... no, you can't record the FX directly, but S1 has the same FX that you can apply with the same settings and get the same sound.
