Headphone channel 2 quiet and panned

My headphone channel 2 is noticeably quieter than channel 1, and is also panned to the left about 50%. Is there something in UC I am missing that controls the pan and volume level? Both headphone outputs are set to "Main Mix" in the Headphone Source section.

Not having that issue on my 192.
