my computer can connect to my 192 but the universal control cant identify it.

every time i download the universal control ,it can connect to the 192,but it wont succeed for the next time.

what i mean is that if i would like to use it ,i have to download the universal control again(my computer works very well,the cubase and studio one work well too).

input and output functions can be used normally.it just cant be controlled by the app.

how can i solve it?thanks!
