Hey does anyone have a link to archived versions of UC control - maybe the last working version that doesn't brick everyone's Studio 192s ?

I ended up having to buy a new Studio 192 after teh UC firmware update made my 1st 192 into a paperweight.

I cannot access the the mixer settings on the new 192 without updating firmware but I am afraid that if I use the current version that it will also damage my new unit.

a week talking with tech support, hoping to see if they fix this issue and still not fix.
I'm thinking to buy another audio interface as backup, not a presonus interface, other brand of audio because is really annoying dealing with this drivers issues,
I love working with the UC control but again so many issues, I remember buying the 192 because of their Zero latency and USB 3.0 support, and seeing the great reviews of this unit.
i read always the update address issue info before updating any of my software or hardware, but this update bricked my studio 192 unit.

Same issue. Ive had a support ticket open almost two weeks and like others they keep having me jump through hoops that don't work. I wish i would have never updated the firmware. everything was fine until i updated to the latest firmware.

UC version 2.9 and the firmware update that caused issues was taken down from the PreSonus website. So if you check your PreSonus account today you will be able to download UC version 2.8.0.48221 which also asks to update the firmware to DSP V1.8-39 / USB V 1.29. These were the last versions that worked well.

Note: These versions will not fix a malfunctioning unit. You need to submit a support ticket to receive assist with that.
