Studio192/DP88 power on goes through an LED display process similar to firmware update process. Units eventually get the blue sync light, but DP88 doesn't show up in UC. Switch sample rate in UC and DP88 follows, but doesn't show up in UC mixer or device list. BNC, ADAT all connected. I've had this system for about 6 months. No problems till now.

iMac 2015 4GHz Quad OS Sierra 10.12.4, UC 2.0.1.42326, Studio 192/DP88. Studio 192 firmware DSP v1.6-35. DP88 firmware unknown.

Going from memory because I haven't had to adjust it in a while. Isn't there a spot in settings to show/hide adat channels? I am at work, but can check when I get home.

FWIW, you will only see the additional channels in the UC mixer. The UC start page will only show the 192.

You mention both connections (BNC and ADAT). Which way is the unit connected in the video? If you have both connection types hooked up, that may be a problem, but I can't say for sure. I only use the adat connection.
