2nd ADAT unit doesn't work except in Studio One

I have a 192 with a DP88 and a Beringer ADA8000. The 192 and DP88 work fine running just UC Surface and through Harrison Mixbus but the Behringer didn't work. As soon as I started Studio One it started working. Any idea why this is?
Specs: i7-6700K // ASUS Z170-A // 32GB RAM // Radeon R7 240 // Win 10
Main Equipment: RME 9652 // Behringer ADA8200 x2 // Focusrite ISA Two // Faderport

If anyone has an answer for this I'm sure others would appreciate it.

But I'm returning my Studio 192. The volume knob fell off this thing and it will be the second one I've have to return.

I tried an ADA8200 and it was really painful to sync unless WC was attached.
MacOS 12.6, Mac Pro 2012 Xeon 3.06Ghz 24Gb RAM, Mac Mini 2012 i7, Studio One v.6 , Presonus Studio 192, AudioBox iOne.
