With my new studio 192 with latest driver the UC Surface don't appear when I run it...and also why when I click on the tab Control Panel in studio one, the uc surface not appear to change the buffer and sample? I can't change the parameter...so I can't record...please Help me!

The control panel button in S1 only funcions for mac. For uc surface, did you check the system tray? If its opened and minimized, it will be there.

What do you mean with "check the system tray"? however, the UC Service the first time I've installed, the setting was "open on startup" but there isn't minimized in the control bar and if I try to start it with the exe in D:/programs files/Presonus does not open.
So what I have to do? :(

nothing, there isn't minimized in the bar and does not open the .exe file

Not all icons are displayed in the system tray. There is an arrow on the left side of the area to expand the view. You may also try to rt click the icon, and select to run as admin.

Other than that, I would recommend a tech support ticket

I think to have solved the problem, practically the avast antivirus blocks the .exe program. Now I've put the "Uc surface.exe" file in the Avast's exclusion and now seems to work.
