So when I setup my mic levels for each input, when I turn off the interface or just restart the computer with the interface still on, the levels all go back to 0 and my phantom power settings all reset as well. Any one ever experience this? I have the newest firmware update v1.6-35.

No, actually the opposite. I have preamp and phantom settings from a session 2 weeks ago still showing.

So what firmware version are you running? I am running 1.6-35, once I upgraded to that the unit would no longer save my input settings. When I restart the unit I see the settings on the read out on the interface for a moment but then it goes back to 0.

try deleting the settings file located here:

C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\PreSonus\Universal Control

Sounds like system config files did not update correctly. Deleting that file, it will recreate and carry the settings on the unit.

Matthew Gorman's response did the trick.
