This is from Respighi's Rossiniana Suite written in 1925. I've worked with this piece for years now, having downloaded it as a MIDI file when I first became interested in virtual orchestration, even before I knew about Notion. I recorded it four or five years ago using Miroslav Philharmonik in Ableton Live!

I've since converted the MID file, which is very good, actually, to a proper Notion score, which I've attached if anyone might be interested.

All the instruments used in this recording are Notion's own. They are really very good for basic mockups. I placed them using Vienna Symphonic Libraries MIRPro software, and applied a basic reverb, Valhalla Room, to a bus channel for a reverb tail enhancement to the convolution reverb from MIRPro. I like Valhalla Room, it's a very nice sounding inexpensive reverb, at just $50.

Next I'll work on the second movement of the work.
