I own a pair a pair of eris 4.5 that have a low freq cut off and didn't think to check that the ceres 4.5BT had the same, but had noticed the sub out on the back. brilliant, I thought, I can get a sub and use the low freq cut off for watching films (the ceres 4.5BT will primarily be TV speakers in the lounge) after adding a sub. but I have now got them and was surprised to see they have no cut off.

main question: so, when connecting the ceres 4.5BT to a sub via the sub port, I assume that all frequencies are still present through the speakers - is this correct?

if so, why didn't you incorporate the low freq cut off on these speakers with a dedicated sub out port? was space too limited with the BT feature?

main question 2: will you be implementing a low cut off for these speakers in the future in a new version of the speakers?
