I've been wanting to create a portable bluetooth boombox for several years. Most of the ones commercially available offer poor sound quality and cheap plastic appearance. I came across some Ceres 3.5 BT's at Adorama and I figured I could use these high quality components in my own design. Luckily, the design of the Ceres was such that I could easily pull the parts out as "modules". the speakers and amplifier are of exceptionally high quality. The sound of this system is incredible. If anyone needs plans to build your own, please let me know.

Made me smile. Well done :D

Any particular reason for flipping one of the back panels?

Yes, I did not allow enough length for the three harness wires which run from the headphone/Aux in/Bluetooth module (which I relocated to the upper panel on my rig) to the main board which is built into the left speaker plate. Therefore, I had to flip the LH speaker plate.
