Cant save the file. after reopenig the mixer the scene is not seen.

Is this the subject you are asking about? It says there (UC Surface Reference Manual: "Quick Scenes are stored in non-volatile memory and will be retained when your mixer is power cycled."

after power cycle i am not able to see the saved scenes

It seems that you are talking about the 'normal' scenes, not the Quick Scenes. The manual shows where you should find the stored files, but it's too long ago that I used AI mixers. I'm afraid I can't help further.

I have a very pale memory, that there was a problem, that the NAMES of the quick scenes were not restored in an older firmware. You could store a scene on scene 1, for example and try to recall this scene, ignoring the name...
It´s hard to write my thoughts, sorry for that :)
