I'm assuming I don't need the serial to just cascade, but wanting to register the new to me RM16AI to my list of software/hardware in my "Mt PreSonus" account, is there a location I can find the serial number? on the Hardware, in UC Surface/Studio One somewhere?

Please add your specs to your SIGNATURE. Search the STUDIO ONE 5 ONLINE MANUAL. Access your MY.PRESONUS account. OVERVIEW of how to get your issue fixed or the steps to create a SUPPORT TICKET. There should be a sticker on the unit. If not then maybe the support team have a trick to make the unit identify itself. Or maybe UC shows the number?

Was able to track down the Serial, but when entering, unfortunately where this was purchased used, I get the msg stating: "This product key has been registered already. Please supply an unused product key."
That message is certainly understandable where this device was used/sold. Not able to get the original user to reply back when asking if they could please deactivate the RM16AI from their MyPreSonus account. I added that info to my Support ticket to see if disabling from the sellers account is something they can take care of for me, so i can re-add to my account.
