Have the 32r. We are an a 11piece band, using the mixer solely for cabled in ear monitoring. All the 32inputs goes through a splitter to FOH. Since we just have 16outputs we can not give more than 5 stereo-return. Can someone think of a solution (without buying 11 Earmix, that’s to expensive) ?

Wrong forum? We're here in RM (AI) mixers... The 32R is a Series III rack mixer.

16 flex mix outputs is 6 stereo mixes, not 5... But of course, this is not enough for 11 musicians. You need 22 aux mixes at least. The easiest and best solution would be to buy a second 32R (a 24R would also fit) and use the second mixer in Monitor Mixer Mode. Just connect the mixers via a CAT5e cable, then both mixers will share their inputs and you can mix 16 and 16 (or 12) auxes.

The monitor mixer will act independently from the FOH mixer (the first 32R), but you can copy settings from one mixer to the other. The mixers need to be connected to one router.

Hope this helps.
