RM32AI no signal to mains

Set up for gig last night and RM32AI showed NO SIGNAL on the mains, although the mono out DID have a signal...

I recently updated to the most recent firmware , in June 2019, but due to computer reboots - i rolled it back to V9544.


Anyone seen this issue, or have any advice? Have a gig tomorrow and am very worried.

the UC control version is 9244 not 9544

The level knob for Main Out on the front is turned up?

same happened to me last week. Main out and mono out not working.
Luckily i could use an aux instead. This happened to my rm16 after it was in my car in full sun, the mixer was insanely hot. The next day everything was fine.
