Has anyone else noticed that UC software for Android will not allow FOH access?

My drummer just downloaded Qmix-UC for Android for use with our RM32 and while Qmix-UC works fine on all of our iPhones, the mixer never connects on his Android phone. It shows up with the correct IP in the app, but tapping on it to connect just gets a spinning wait wheel that never connects or brings up the rest of the UI. The phone doesn't show up in the UC Device Permissions either.

Any ideas?

Ninja edit: The mixer has the latest firmware also, 9244.
