We had a first open-air theare yesterday with the new RM32ai and were using a HP Envy Multitouch Screen for control. Everthing worked just great. We are really satisfied with the features (especially filter DCA). One question. Is there a way to change colors of UC surface. In the bright sunset it was hard to see the screen, even in the shade. At this time we had no roof above the control place. I read somewhere in the forum something about general color changing of the PC. But that didn't help. Any suggestions?

On my Apple devices, I go to the accessibility menu and invert the colors when working in sunlight. Not sure if that option is available on Windows.

Does anybody know if there is a similar function on a Windows PC?

Color inversion in Windows will vary depending on which version of Windows you're using. If you Google search "Windows Invert colors" you should find links to tell you how to do it. Changing "Windows" to Win7 or Win8 or heaven forbid Win-Xp will narrow the search

OK. Found it. But - t be honest, it's not really much better, working in bright light.
Are there any plans for software parameters in UC Surface to select more visible colors for faders, knobs and so on ?

What colors CAN you see on that screen working in bright light? If there aren't any it's a hardware limitation, not something the software can fix...

On windows, rt click the desktop and choose personalization. Where the themes are listed, scroll to the bottom and there are different contrast options.
