StudioLive RM32Ai and RM16Ai Mixers & UC Surface with QMix Ai

I did a Firmware update about two weeks ago - my StudioLive 32R is still not connecting via USB. The lights on the front are SOLID Red and SOLID Blue - It works fine when I connect it via Network cable. But I need it to connect via USB for the studio. I have tired different cables, re downloading the software - but nothing works. anyone run in to this issue or have a fix.

Hi and welcome to this forum
 First thing to check: is your usb cable in the USB port of the mixer? The cable also sort of fits in the control port, which caught me out once or twice too  |

Yeah I have done that as well but it is in the right spot. I tried 4 different cables and still nothing working. it literally stopped working after the firm update. Only way I can get it to turn on is by plugging in the Network cable. |
