I started a project which requires fat channel features
on all of the channels in use.

Capture shows me

input level after trim.
compression level
expansion level
but not channel volume. easy in16.4.2
(fatal flaw 1)

I can not assign channels 5-9 to a submaster,
then assign the submaster to the main. easy in 16.4.2
nearly fatal flaw.

rm16ai and surface
may be the only digital mixer ever made
that does not show post fader level.
does presonus let real people try the gear
before they freeze the design?

am I crazy, or
is there a way to show post fader level?
or am I the only person who thinks it is important.
