Hi,
I am having issues with power when connecting my iPad to AudioBox iTwo. Basically every few seconds it looses power and disconnects only to reconnect a few seconds later. I cannect the Presonus using the iPad 12W power adaptor and original USB cable, and my iPad to the presonus using USB lightning cable. Interestingly enough the disconnects only happend when I don;t record the session. When the recording is on, the power supply is stable and I don't get disconnnects. Btw. Presonus is connected via the 2 monitor jacks to my HiFi amp. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks! Sebastian |

Hey Sebastian,
I am having a similar issue. I am doing the same setup and can't get power to the iPad. I created a help ticket yesterday but haven't heard back. Did you come up with a solution? I need to fix this by Sunday because we use this iPad as our video switcher for our church service live stream. Our iPad needs power to make it through the service! |
