I am new to AudioBox iTwo and the forum. I want to run a microphone through channel 1 and Yamaha MOXF8 through channel 2 into a Samsung tablet running Windows 10. Channel 1 works but 2 does not. When I run both through a mixer and from it to channel 1, I receive both, but with some cracking. Using a delay on the mixer eliminated the cracking. Everything is up to date. Let me know what you think.

It could be any number of things. Have you optimized your tablet for audio production? Have you disabled wi-fi? Are you plugged into a USB2 or USB3 port or OTG cable or are you using the USBA Device connection to a USBC input? Have tried different cables? Have you tried your iTwo on another pc? Are you running it into a DAW or are you just monitoring headphone outs? Did you install the drivers from the included disc? Or did you download and use the latest drivers from this site? That being said we can help you better now and in the future with a bit more info......if you will post your system specs in your signature, (see my sig), we will be better able to troubleshoot your problems. Without knowing what type of pc you're running, what OS you're using, what DAW, make and model of your audio interface etc....we often can't recommend a "simple fix"

If you have not already done so please READ THE MANUAL!
