Sorry if this has been asked already. I’m having trouble finding an answer. I’m trying to use my iTwo with a 2018 iPad Pro with the usb-c port. I’m powering the iTwo through usb and going from iTwo -> USB cable (2.0 Male-male) -> usb-c hub (insignia) -> iPad Pro. I’m not getting any signals in or out nor a steady power light.

The iTwo works fine over USB -> lighting connector to my phone or other ipad.

Also, I can run an apogee jam guitar interface through the usb-c hub into the iPad.

The usb-c hub has pass-through power so I plugged that in too but no change.

Is the 2018 iPad Pro not compatible with the iTwo or are my connections causing a problem? Would the apple usb-c to USB adapter work better than the hub? Thanks.

Never mind, I figured it out. I took an idea from a focusrite support page and Instead of using the ‘Device Out’ port I used the ‘USB 2.0 PC/MAC Power’ port to the USB-c hub.
