First of all, it sounds like perhaps you've installed the driver twice.

After installing (updating) new driver

Installing UC on top of itself can cause problems. You must do a complete un-install of UC drivers and before installing new ones. Also UC drivers are port specific. You must always plug your Audiobox into the SAME USB 2.0 that you originally installed it to.

But it could be any number of things. Have you optimized your pc for audio production? Have you disabled wi-fi? Are you plugged into a USB2 or USB3 port? Did you install the drivers from the included disc? Or did you download and use the latest drivers from this site? That being said we can help you better now and in the future with a bit more info......if you will post your system specs in your signature, (see my sig), we will be better able to troubleshoot your problems. Without knowing what type of pc you're running, what OS you're using, what DAW etc....we often can't recommend a "simple fix"

If you have not already done so please READ THE MANUAL!

I have already had this device for a long time, and always worked well, I always installed a new driver as soon as it offered. But with the advent of a new update 3.0.0. xxx This happened, now the Universal Control does not see the device completely and this problem with two devices begins in Windows. I completely deleted and reinstalled the device and driver, but all the same. When I roll back the earlier driver, everything is ok.

Well then I suggest you open a support ticket......or just use the older driver.
