This is the first time using the audiobox itwo. I am using a macbook pro and for some reason I cant get a signal on the mic once I add a track. I and able to see the inputs but still no signal. the box is powered, Im using the 48v button (using a condensed mic that came with the package and I tried a non condensed mic) but there is still no signal.

In saying that I feel like it's the set up. What s the correct set up? When I go preferences on the macbook it says for the input and out " This selected device has no inputs/outputs controls", however I see the audiobox itwo as the device? and in the software in the preferences under audio setup i selected the box?

Please if anyone can help me, I was up all night and this morning trying to figure this out...HELP!!!!!

It is a class compliant device on MAC, but I would install the driver software and see if that helps. Driver software can be found in your Presonus account
