Hey all,
I just bought an AudioBox iTwo for use as an audio interface. It's plugged into my computer (Asus ZenBook UX305) and I have an electric guitar plugged into the interface and 1/8 inch headphones plugged into the headphone jack via a 1/8 inch --> 1/4 inch headphone converter. When I play the guitar, nothing is getting picked up - no sound coming from the headphones, no signal in either Reaper or Studio One. I've read this article - http://support.presonus.com/entries/213 ... ack-audio- - and tried updating my drivers to address the USB 3.0 issue - my drivers are up to date. I emailed presonus about this, but figured I'd come here and see if there's something obvious that I may be missing. Any thoughts?? Thanks! |

Same here, Just bought an iTwo and it works fine (connects, driver) but I get no sound whatsoever either from the headphones or the outs.
I tried on USB2 and USB3 I think this one was fried on arrival, I'm issuing a return now. EDIT: Whatever, it was my fault I should have put the monitoring knob in my itwo in the center. Now everything works. |
