Something wrong with the output signal from mains and headphones while monitoring
If I use studio one and press the enable hardware monitor , it fixes it. But not outside of studio one |

I'd look into the Universal Control. Your mix, your headphone selection on the interface outputs, can be tailored in there to suit your need.
