I'm trying to use my 1824, channels 1 & 2, as the audio input to Zoom. When in a Zoom test window the 1824 ch's 1 & 2 are available but no sound is transmitted.

I am able to connect to the mic in my camera (C920), but not ch's 1 & 2 on the 1824.

I've closed Studio One so I don't think Studio One is claiming ch's 1 & 2.

Any suggestions?

Do you have Windows configured to use the 1824c for its sounds?

Since PreSonus' ASIO drivers are not multi-client, I set Windows to use the internal HD Realtek sound card and then use a 1/8" stereo to twin 1/4" TRS Y-cable to connect the headphone port on my laptop to Line Ins 5 & 6 on my 1810c.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by:

"Do you have Windows configured to use the 1824c for its sounds?"

Zoom is able to output sound through the 1824 via the USB connection, I just can't get audio into Zoom from input ch's 1 & 2 on the 1824.

Right-click on the speaker icon in the lower right-hand corner of the taskbar and click on Sound Settings. There, you can select the sources for Windows Output and Inputs sounds. For the inputs, select Inputs 1&2 from your 1824.

I reserve inputs 1 & 2 on my 1810 for bass DI and guitar DI respectively. I use inputs 3 & 4 for for mic/voice inputs.

Note that this may render your 1824 unavailable in Studio One. If that happens, you'll need to reset the Sound Settings after your Zoom session. Set the Outputs to "Speakers (Realtek)" and the Inputs to "Microphone Array (Realtek)". That directs Windows to use your internal soundcard, freeing the 1824 for application use.

Tried that, no luck. Even tried shutting down the laptop completely and performing a cold start in an attempt to clear out previous settings.

I have Boom Audio installed, perhaps that's part of the problem. I'm reluctant to de-install Boom because my audio quality is poor without it.

I don't know anything about Boom. Pretty simple to deactivate/uninstall and test again. If it is the culprit, at least you'll know where to focus your efforts.
