You have two options:
1) Log a support ticket

2) Ask in the Facebook group "Presonus StudioLive Mixer Users"
Contacting Support seems to be the best option.
Your mixer may be suffering from an incomplete firmware install or corrupted user settings.
One option is to do a firmware recovery, which will reset the mixer to factory defaults. Note that this will clear out your user settings too, so read the article well.
Also take note of the warning to use a good quality usb drive for your firmware updates. You do not want to take risks there.
