As FOH I had a couple of Mackie 350's and a Behringer 1500D subwoofer.
As monitors I had 4 JBL's and two Behringer 210D's. All Active. I had 1 JBL for the Bass player and 1 for the Guitar player, 1 for the Singer and Keys, 1 for Sax, Bass Clarinet, Trumpet and Trombone to share. 1 210D for Congas and Bongo's and Keys to share and 1 for the Drummer. D'I ed the Bass and The Keys + a small mixer connected to a contact mic on the Bass Clarinet. 3 hours to get all stuff right and up from car. Started on time. The band-leader presented the band sometime into the concert and surprised me by saying that the most important member of the show was me and the whole audience turned and clapped and cheered. (200 folks) I love my 24.4.2.

I have a steady gig at a upscale 50's Vegas style lounge... nice place, 250 max peeps... I started using the 1642 but it had to go to other rental gigs... the 2442's are also out on rentals so I used my Midas 240 but that means a big rack of BSS EQ for monitors and a Meyer CP 10 for Mains EQ and a Meyer LD1 for line driver and etc... just don't wanna deal with it... so I got my cute little 1602 out and I have yet to run into anything this little board can't handle... just the 1602 and a killer Meyer Speaker system... Had a 10 piece band in last week horns and all... I used a little mackie 1202 to sub mix the horn section and BAM! it sounded great! the band stepped off the stage after sound check and was blown away when i hit the playback from Studio One... I didn't tell em I was recording!... I am just using 2 floor monitors aux 1-2 on the front line unless I absolutely need more and i have 2 more I can throw down... subs fed off Aux 4... love this little board... of all my studio live boards I love this one the the best...

Who say it was'nt so ??
But I only put up the mic's and stands and gained + EQ and Comp on this one... I used Sontronics condenser mics and their Kickdrum mic on drums two røde NT1A's for OH and a 57 at the Snare B Røde NT3 for Sax, Lead Voc 58, Key Voc Sennheiser 906 57's on trumpet and trombone, Se-x1 on Bass and DI'ed it too.DI'ed the Keys from a NordStage. Røde NT2A on Bongo's and Røde NT3 on Conga's A 57 on a Marshall Combo and two lines from a Line6 HD500. I can't imagine how tired I've would have been if I had to DO the Whole band.....  I did record it on my Mac.
