Hi, I purchased a StudioLive 16.0.2 back in Jan 2014. I'm now trying to solve a problem with my board and would like to participate in the forum to ask questions and such. But, for some odd reason, the forum here now requires you to register your mixer in your profile before you can post to the forum.

So, I went to my profile and tried to register my product but it keeps telling me the Serial number is invalid. Now, I am looking at the bottom of the mixer and reading this and putting exactly what it says, so how can it be invalid?

Can someone help me with this?

Larry

Email support or use the support chat. I did that and they were great when I had a registration issue.

Some serials pre-date current registration system and could come up as invalid.
