My M-Audio Controller won't show up or make sound in S1??

It's on with lights on, i changed USB leads.
No response in Studio One at all. No sound no MIDI receive.
Really don't know what's happened all of a sudden. Anything i can try??
Macbook Pro, Core i7 2.8GHz, 16GB RAM
500 GB SSD Mercury Extreme Int. Drive
Thunderbolt Duo ext. drive.

So are you saying it has been working before?

Have you contacted M-Audio support?
