Here is another mix with a bit more bass and some automatization going on...

There seemed to be some kind of masking going on in the key frequency ranges that took some of the humanity away, for want of a better term.

In my ears it was way too unruly and needed a more firm hand so I decided to change the mix so the bass was more prominent and the chorus guitars coming more upfront than they were in the first version, also the keys was automated and toned town in the choruses as I felt they were too dominant.
What key frequencies did you felt was de-humanising?
To say it in another way what do you mean?
Cheers

I felt it was a tad sanitary...like there was some kind of covering over key frequency ranges (the important mid-range) that stifled and more or less masked the real heart and soul from shining through.

Ahh now I get it !
It was in the midrange that too much was going on and I wanted to make room for possible vocals there for a later track as I work that way and put it out here to maybe get a second opinion on the tune and see if it has a chance to be okay.
Thanks for your thoughts @hello people!

By the way my drummer is a robot SD3, my bass player is a robot EZBass and one of the keyboard players is a robot EZKeys so I have to control them  :P 8-)
I guess that you know in the 1-2 KhZ the voice is at its best normally and guitars like it at around 4.5 KhZ so tried to make space there to provide a future track/s the 1-2 KhZ it is.

Robots aside, I do see hello people's point. It's pretty mid range prominent, and I do believe he's trying to help point that out.

Be well, Søren.

Yes. Please take the mask off that midrange. It's very, very important that you do.

Sound like a live band sort of improvising over an agreed on chord arrangement. I enjoyed the listen. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Timothy !
It was just me on my lonesome and my robots love the EZBass, just hope the EZKeys get into the same ballpark.
