Hi all, if you have a minute...all these songs were made in SO3. I'm a home recorder guy. I switched to Studio One in about 2012 or something, and have found it a great DAW ever since.

I listened to "Running Slow".
To me, it's reminiscent of something from like the 60' or 70's but I can't zero in on it.  It sounds smooth and clear - just like something from that era. Good singing and lyrics and nice doubling on them to get a sweet sound.

I liked it. Sounds good.
In the verse, the snare is off center (torward the left) but in the chorus, it is centered. That thru me off. |

It was Way Up High but it sounds better now. Did you change it out?

Yes I made some changes....but now I think the cymbal is a bit loud...shaker too.
I might or might not worry about fixing it coz it depends what headphone/ speaker I listen on. I have a friend doing his own mix on that song. |
