Hey klypeman, cool guitar tone, mind sharing what you used? Mic? Re-amp? That a strat or tele, something else? Sounds like a Fender amp? Whatever it is I've always dug the 'metalic' tone where the hi-mids/hi's are clean with a gritty low-mid.

Yes, I like that guitar tone too.
This is quite a different song using less known instruments.
The sound that is used for the beat (vs. the typical snare) is nice and musical and the wavy kazoo sound is interesting.

The guitar sound is made with some Uad plugins, mainly the Marshall Super Plexi Lead 1959 the default setting with a small adjustment on the first volume played on a Daytona Strat copy bought at site here at Santa Cruz (Tenerife) 100 $... neck pickup with 2 sends 1 UAD Korg SDD 3000 delay and 2 UAD EMT 140 Reverb
Am using the CTC-1 on MixFX on passthrough tube style my liking.
The Keys are NI Kontakt 5 Retro Machines Pro 1 Pro lead 1 I think.
Drums are SD3 with some stack on the snare the Indie collection.
Lots of sends all over the place.
The keys are played as is and adjusted with the mod wheel on the go
Almost so with the guitar also with a second track same settings on chorus.

interesting...kinda a tough listen for me. the clank gets a bit too much as well. That said, great performances, recording, etc.

Hey Bacco ! The preamp is an Apollo Twin Unison the mics on the Marshall Plugin is JO5 panned 45 to the left, an 87 panned all left and as room mic an 4038 panned all right. the low EQ is on +6 and the high just a little tad +
As you probably know These are FET mics (plugin that is)
