Hey there,
I really like this. I listened to it before as I remember your faded photo on it.
Funny no one else has chimed in on this.

I like the gritty vocals. The guitar playing is good too.
No complaints on the mix or suggestions to fix. ;)

I'm a hard rock fan a it's my main forte'.
Your other songs seem solid too. Stuff I'd listen to.

Markus,
I wish I could read the lyrics to your songs. I don't know what you are saying.
Your playing and mix is really well done. Sound very good on my speakers and it is technically at a very high standard IMO.

Agree. I'm not a fan of the genre but the mix sounds great to me in my phones except maybe the vocals need to come up a tiny bit, they're kinda hard to hear. The drums and guitars sound great.

This is where Waves Doubler really shines. Put it on a vocal like that on an aux bus with some minor detuning and push the send level until it's really obvious and then back it down, the delays and detune makes the vocal sit really nicely. I love that plugin.

P.S. Another random positive observation. This is "loud" but it's not "squashed". I occasionally listen to rock stuff on the net given that most daw users seem to be into that genre and most of it - like ... well over 50% - has that "squashed" sound where you can literally hear the comps and limiters working. Not in this case.
