Hi
I'm an absolute newbie to this product and need some help. I have a RM16AI which I have connected to my laptop. I have purchased a TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND router as recommended and have connected it all up. Downloaded Q-MIX AI and can see the device on my phone. Play a track from capture and can see the signals moving on the Q-Mix app but no volume through the phone. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Steve |
