SOLVED - Capture 2 release 2.4.0.49508 - Capture 2 for OSX download package is incorrect and are for 2.4.0.49469.

Capture (Mac/PC) - 2.4.0.49508 - Capture 2 for OSX download package contents are not as described. As of today the previous release of Capture 2 (2.4.0.49469) is what gets downloaded rather than what the download is described to be. Support Request #468415.
