Installed progression on my laptop and desktop 2 days ago to use with the fishman triple play.
I ended up having to reformat my desktop pc yesterday, and reinstall the operating system and all related software.
when I try to register progression on my desktop it says I have used both the licenses.
How am i supposed to register/use the software on my desktop pc?
If it is the same computer why wouldn't the registration still be valid.
Phone support is only applicable to u.s customers, so I sent a tech support ticket request but have heard nothing back.
So has the 2nd license for my desktop gone to waste due to the reformat, before I have even used it?
