I had a look at the Mediacom W700

it has a screen res of 1024x600, the apps below are set to that res.
You would have to use a stylus pen on the touch screen I would say, and Win 10 has bigger window buttons but you can get an app to make them smaller.
Lucky they have the Ctrl+T screen switch on Biab now.
